The misrepresentations stack up but are shaken off every time - injuries, restraining order, asthma, mental health - nothing sticks
I had made several complaints from Oct 2022 to Neath Port Talbort ("NPT"), wales social services. They misrepresented the whole process, to repeatedly, to hide that Joseph was in trouble in Rev Elizabeth Tremble-Niccolls' care.
My request for data was made Dec 2022. But NPT delayed telling me until March 2023 because they had been told that I had a restraining order against me by Rev Elizabeth Tremble-Niccolls. There was no restraining order.
Even though NPT were repeatedly telling me they had no concerns, behind the scenes they were investigating, Oct, Dec 2022.
There report clearly shows that Rev Elizabeth Tremble-Niccolls had given Joseph an asthma pump with him having asthma.
The report also shows that Joseph was suffering mentally:
a. "Discussion with Nunclateral checks with school and health will be completed again"
b. "you ring school check they still do not have concerns in regard to Joseph[.] has mother said he has asthma or has she provided pump etc for him."
c. "Deb can you do checks with health if there have been any recent visits to hospital/ GP with concerns around] his health/asthma that would indicate FII?"
d. "P/C to school, I Joseph's behaviour is very up and down but he can be brought around easily. He is very clingy to Mum. Attendance is good, School have no concerns regarding patenting"
e. "P/C to School. Joseph has got an asthma pump in school, this appears to be new as it is not something he started with at the beginning of the year. Joseph is not in school today SO [redacted] will bring him in V, Jodie morgan, psw"No - one ever checked what Rev Elizabeth Tremble-Niccolls was saying was true. The injuries, the asthma, the restraining order everything that was said was taken at face value.
And oddly when they were confronted with the actual truth, they always hid it.
My mental health really suffered over this period. And they continued
