As part of a series of posts before my application to the ECHR I add the parliament commissioner.

It is hard to sound normal when talking about things that do not make sense.

Here, as part of a new series towards my application the ECHR, I will be publishing strange emails from UK government organisations.

They say anything not to process a complaint. This one is from Parliament who the court has no jurisdiction over.

In short they get wrong:

- Not able to process a conduct complaint because it is case work - and ignoring this is overridden by my allegation of paragraph 11 house into disrepute.

- Not able to take an allegation that Daniel Zeichner has brought the house into disrepute because that allegation is a “High bar” - when only an allegation is needed with evidence

- Not able to make a complain about failing to progress a conduct complaint because the complaint process is not for that - without highlighting the review process instead

I have similar email threads or phone recordings from:

Cambridgeshire Social Service (5 years no yearly Care award review or Advocate, or Safeguarding Complaints, or GDPR)

Cambridgeshire Police (6 years no crime reports processed or victim right to review, or notification that they were closed including about Daniel Reynard, and csn only log complaints about death or voluntarily)

Cambridge City Housing (5 years to install a disability bathroom, complaints closed, banned from contacting whole council without warning, when I complained about Daniel Reynard lying to evict me, Anna Hill seems protect him, )

ADHD Team NHS PCNHST, ( only now respond to safeguarding complaints made over 4 months, because I claimed to not want the Autism team to respond)

Crime stoppers, (2 years - claim their is no way to report police corruption - these are recorded)

HMCTS ( cannot process applications because a no fee, too many pages, wrong defendant, wrong form, 

DWP ( do not even reply, only recently drip

feeding gdpr requests made years ago)

UC Cambridge ( do not know what the dwp guidance will look like)

Cambridge City Council ( cannot respond to letters before action, complaints, requests for help, gdpr requests)

However looking at my police record you will not see anything. In contrast MASH organisations seem to habe more than enough, with police, nhs records, GP exams, have decided to cut me off, and evict me.

The list includes a number of mental health and safeguarding charities that cannot process a complaints for me.

Formal complaint to GLD DWP, SRA, and Cilex, Dated 12 June 2026 by email  Encl 9 June 2025 DWP Submission to high court by GLD DWP stating that email cannot be used. 25 June 2025 Cambridge email identifying me by email Dear GLD, SRA and Cilex I am writing to complain about the GLD DWP staff interfering in my claim for disability access to Universal Credit.
