"They Deleted My Health to Evict Me": Ryan Releases Video Evidence of Alleged Council and DWP Deception

CAMBRIDGE, UK — I am Ryan, a disabled resident of Cambridge for six years. This press release marks the start of a legal campaign against Cambridge and DWP. The first on has a High Court order holding my claim open until UC finish. I know need second one to get UC to accept my evidence, and Cambridge to stop their possession order.

The Campaign

This new campaign is necessary because of the lies. First UC lied they could not ID me by email. Now they lie they the cannot accept my evidence in writing. Thus again holding up my rent payment being released. But instead of Canbridge backing my need for UC to make reasonable adjustments, they blame a non interference policy, and then faked a report.

The evidence that the report is a lie, is the difference between the report and meeting recorded. The evidence of that lie is published on my youtube.

So I face eviction in the coming days because I chose to legally challenge the DWP and Cambridge also choose to lie.

On 11 September 2025, I recorded a meeting at my home with Daniel Reynard, a Cambridge Income Management officer. During this interaction, I explicitly disclosed my mental health status to ensure it was part of the official record. You can watch me inform him of my situation here:

Despite Daniel acknowledging these disclosures on audio with: "Yeah," his subsequent eviction report—the very document used to justify taking my home— makes no mention of my disabilities. He then sends a notice of seeking possession dated the 17 Sept 2025.

By deleting my health from his report, the Council is attempting to "batch process" my eviction through the courts without the legal protections I am entitled.

Cambridge Response

What makes this more sinister is that Cambridge are aware of the DWP lying. In the crowd founder website at "Email Lie" there is conformation of this. DWP official Carla Buey claimed "email... will not be accepted as confirmation of your... identity". This claim was proven false when Cambridge council successfully used email to verify my ID just 15 days later.

Sue Amner, response to me asking about the deletion of my health from the report, was to say that they do not take health into account. Then later retracted that, to say health is taken into account, but my health was discounted. I have not received any report. I was told in emails.

The Head of Income team Anna Hill used the complaints system to respond to legal letters. Then she updated councillors with my "background" so they would not help.

Daniel Reynard the officer who started the possession was asked about the report. He said to use the housing email. The misdirections to use Housing emails, with no explanation for omitting health means something. I have no responses to 18 emails send to the housing email. None since it was given to me in 2019. It is now 2025.

"This is personal, This is not about rent." Ryan.

Punishment

I have no criminal record. And all police investigations show no issues. Yet, I have this. I am black, male and I used a solicitor to gain housing in 2019. This was needed because my housing plan was pre filled and only included private housing. I was told then by housing that there was no social housing left in Cambridge. I should not have needed a solcitor. And I should not have to need a second court case.

Alone

I am fighting this alone, without a solicitor. I had to make that fight on the 6 May 2025. This is based on the current person who lied about email, now lying about, taking evidence at a meeting only.
